Kinetic Media & Marketing will provide SERVICES to the CLIENT as in this Agreement.
Services:
SERVICES include the setup and ongoing management of online advertising campaign(s) to generate leads / enquiries for the CLIENT. The leads will include their contact information.
Whilst Kinetic Media & Marketing will filter out unsuitable leads to a certain level, there will be some leads that will make it through the filtering process who may not be ready at the current time for the CLIENT’s products or services. It is recommended that the CLIENT put such leads into a nurturing marketing program.
Pricing:
The cost per lead price is determined upon a number of factors including competition, the type of lead, the time of the year, and the filtering that is applied to the advertising campaign. A quoted price per lead will be offered to the CLIENT before the order of the “trial” leads.
Fees for additional services will be quoted to the CLIENT upon request.
A small percentage of leads may not be contactable initially for various reasons or “changes their mind” on contact. We do not offer replacements of those leads. However, knowing the average numbers, we have made allowances for them by reducing our price-per-lead to compensate, ensuring you still receive fair value.
Intellectual Property (IP):
Kinetic Media & Marketing retains 100% ownership of advertising research, advertisements, landing page designs, form designs, and text, copy, designs and programming code of any websites and pages developed for the provision of the SERVICES to the CLIENT. The CLIENT will not be permitted to copy, duplicate nor replicate this IP of Kinetic Media & Marketing during or after the expiry of this agreement for any reason.
Payments:
The CLIENT will need to remit payment before advertising commences. Tax invoices and receipts will be provided.
Term:
The term is the Agreement is a minimum of one month from the date of the first payment by the CLIENT and will continue indefinitely until cancelled by either party in writing.
Disclaimer:
Kinetic Media & Marketing does not guarantee conversions, sales, or commissions earned from the provision of the SERVICES. The return-on-investment (ROI) depends entirely on the sales skills, experience, communication abilities and other factors of the CLIENT’s business and personnel.
